The house is a gorgeous detached stone building with its own private
garden with a couple of small out buildings that are ruins. The house is
situated in a quiet, semi isolated bay with a few other houses in the
area and is only several minutes walk from a fairly deserted beach. The
house is accessed via an off road track which is accessible by car,
which leads to its own driveway with parking for several cars. The
garden surrounds the house to 3 sides and there are some lovely country
views, although no sea view.
The house is arranged over 3 floors and is liveable, although it does need some reconstruction to bring it up to a modern and comfortable standard. All the ingredients of this house just make it the perfect home if you wanting to get away from the crowds and noise of a busy tourist town.
